QCCL event: 'When should we test for drugs?'

The Queensland Council for Civil Liberties' next major event features a discussion panel examining pill testing as part of a harm minimisation strategy at public events in Queensland. The discussion will also assess the efficacy of police conducting roadside drug testing.

The panel includes Dr Alex Wodak, one of Australia's foremost authorities on drug management using harm minimisation models, and Mick Palmer, former commissioner of the Australian Federal Police.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 30 July 2019, at the All Saints Convention Centre, 330 Ann St, Brisbane, commencing at 6PM. Canapes and refreshments will be provided.
