German chancellor urges action on climate change

In an address to the Lowy Institute in Sydney, following the G20 meeeting, German chancellor Angela Merkel urges all nations to ‘commit to cutting carbon dioxide emissions, warning that climate change does not respect borders’. (Sky News 17.11.14)
