EVENT: Climate Change and Energy Issues – a Queensland Agenda

From 6-8PM on Tuesday, 13 November 2018, the TJ Ryan Foundation will host a seminar at Parliament House in Brisbane – ‘Climate Change and Energy Issues – a Queensland Agenda’ – addressing climate change policy responses regarding the energy sector.

The event will feature addresses from Stephen Keim SC (Higgins Chambers), Dr Geoff Edwards (Royal Society of Queensland/TJ Ryan Foundation), and Peter Ong (Electrical Trades Union). Dr Anthony Lynham, Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy, will give a government response at the conclusion of the addresses.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this seminar. Registration details will be taken after arrival through the Parliamentary Annexe via the Alice Street entrance. Please note that this entrance requires attendees to pass through security screening.
