The ‘strong’ word

The LNP’s favourite adjective:

‘Strong’; ‘having power of resistance, not easily broken or torn or worn or injured or captured, tough, healthy, firm, solid’ (Concise Oxford Dictionary).

A choice is generally good, bad or indifferent.  ‘Strong’ is an odd adjective to apply to decisionmaking in public policy.
