Peter Henneken has 40 years experience as a public servant, with experience at Queensland and Federal levels; 25 years of that experience was at an executive level and nine years as a CEO. He also has had lengthy experience as Chair and/or Director on various Corporations, Statutory Authorities and Trusts. Mr Henneken is a Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors; Fellow, Institute of Public Administration, Australia; Member, Industrial Relations Society, Queensland; Patron, Industrial Relations Society, Queensland (2010-2011) He received the Malcolm Moore Medallion, Queensland University of Technology, in 1977; the Centenary Medal in 2001. He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2010.
