Our electricity network regulation is in trouble

Stephen King writes in The Conversation (8.3.16) about problems with the regulation of state-owned electricity networks.

‘Don’t get me wrong. These are fine legal decisions. But they also highlight the underlying failure of Australia’s utility regulation.’
