Public lectures: ‘The Future of Work’

In conjunction with the Queensland Council of Unions, the TJ Ryan Foundation is convening two public lectures in north and central Queensland, delivered by TJRF Research Associate, Professor David Peetz. Titled ‘The Future of Work: Technology, Inequality, Corporations & some Freelancing Myths’, Professor Peetz’s lectures will address future shifts in the nature of work and workplace conditions, specifically as they relate to regional economies in Queensland.

These lectures are open to the public and will be held in Townsville on Friday 16 November, followed by Rockhampton on Monday 19 November. For further details, including how to RSVP for attendance, please see the flyers linked below.
