Mitchell Institute Report on persistent problems in Australia’s schools

In November 2013, the Mitchell Institute hosted a discussion with a panel and audience of people who have made a significant contribution to education reforms over previous decades and are continuing to make a difference to education.  They were asked to examine the tough and persistent problem of young people falling behind and being failed by our schooling system.  The report was written by Sara Glover, Bronwyn Hinz and Mailie Ross, Mitchell Institute for Health and Education Policy Institute policy forum: Forum report Forum report No. 01/2014.
