Abbot Point dredging approval under heavy fire

Environment Editor Peter Hannam writes in The Sydney Morning Herald (6.9.14) writes that Graeme Kelleher, the inaugural chairman and CEO of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority was appalled that off-shore dumping had been approved by state and federal governments ‘but even more astonished the authority had also given it the nod’.
