The Great Barrier Reef should not be listed as ‘in danger’

Ove Hoegh-Guldberg and Justine Bell argue in The Conversation (18.12.14):

‘There are … a number of important issues that need to be resolved for the world to be reassured that Australia is taking its World Heritage responsibilities seriously. These issues, however, should be easily solved by both state and federal governments, especially given their efforts so far’.
