Opposition ahead of LNP in use of social media

‘The Queensland Opposition is making better use of social media than the Liberal National Party (LNP) Government during the state election campaign, according to researchers. Queensland University of Technology (QUT) analysts said Labor candidates had posted about five times as many election related tweets as LNP candidates. QUT Professor Axel Bruns said the Opposition had also received about 10 times as many election related re-tweets as the LNP.’ (Maria Hatzakis, ABC News, 19.1.15)
