Political activism not yet on life support

Emeritus Professor John Warhurst (The Brisbane Times, 25.9.14) discussed the place of political activism ‘somewhat out of favour at the moment’. In particular he examines the People’s Climate March in the face of lack of action on climate change by the federal government, and the commitment of ‘long-distance campaigners’.
