Time to end ‘command and control’ politics

Mark Evans, Director of the ANZSOG Institute of Governance, Canberra, argues in The Conversation (17.7.14) that to revive democractic long-term thinking Australia has to innovate: ‘We need a new politics that thinks long term and engages citizens directly in the fundamentals of reform thinking.’
