‘The Queensland government’s investment in the Galilee Basin, estimated to be at least “hundreds of millions of dollars”, is “simply about jobs”, Deputy Premier Jeff Seeney says. But the government won’t put a figure on how many taxpayer dollars will be spent on building the common-use infrastructure until its commercial negotiations are complete – most likely after the election.’ (Amy Remeikis, Brisbane Times, 17.11.14)
